Drawn to the health care industry as a profession from a young age, Ally chose to focus on osteopathy due to its holistic nature and completed her Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University.
Ally appreciates the diversity of people and conditions that present in this area of health care, and enjoys the opportunity to treat people of all ages. She employs a wide variety of techniques including soft tissue massage, stretching, manipulation, and gentle joint articulation. She has a special interest in treating neck pain and headaches and is also trained in trigger point dry needling.
Ally has always enjoyed being active. She knows first-hand the importance of physical activity in maintaining our health, and encourages the understanding and use of exercise in the healing process. In her spare time Ally enjoys playing netball, going to the gym and visiting new places.
