A consultation will involve dietary analysis and physical examination (if required), a detailed case history and specific investigation of the presenting issue. Information gathered will help determine the priorities and focal points of your treatment. Steph will then prescribe food as medicine, suggest lifestyle strategies to complement diet and supplemental nutrients if required. All to be negotiated with you in order to create an achievable goal!
