Elise Fouracre (Monbulk)
Elise was introduced to osteopathy through sports injuries, having played sports throughout childhood and experiencing firsthand the benefits of treatment. Her passion for osteopathy grew from a deep fascination with anatomy and physiology, which first sparked in high school and led her to pursue osteopathy at university.
Elise graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Osteopathy) and has since developed a patient-centred approach to care. She enjoys using a diverse range of treatment techniques, incorporating both direct and indirect hands-on therapy, alongside holistic, and rehabilitative care. Believing in the Osteopathic principle of the body's natural ability to heal, she tailors treatments to each patient’s needs and preferences, aiming to empower individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being.
With a keen interest in headaches and migraines, women’s health, chronic pain, hypermobility, and sports injuries—particularly in dance and aerial arts, she is passionate about educating patients and creating a safe, supportive space for healing.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys expressing creativity through pottery and crochet, dancing and performing aerial arts, cooking and baking, and spending time with family and friends.
